This is a traditional Malay recipe shared by the understanding KakLin. The taste was very deliciously finger-licking. My hubby loved it too. Here in Brunei we call this fern sayur 'pakis' and it can be found easily around the roadways. I usually cook it by just pan-frying or sometimes I make it into 'kerabu'. Thus I requested KakLin to share this recipe with me because I really wanted to taste this new way of cooking it.
