Today at school, we had a chance to watch a 'cakoi making demonstration' by our understanding PGB. Many teachers joined to contribute some helps in the process of making the popular kueh. The love-to-cook MummyHanan was there too....she was frying the cakoi...looking so professional leeee....*grin*


The dip was new to us, it was a special recipe from a teacher from Perak. We used to eat the cakoi with 'kaya' and margerine'. But this one was called 'pecal dip'. So delicious...
