Since I'm lately busy with the Hari Raya cakes, my loving chef had come foward into helping me in the kitchen.He said he wanted to make something special for the breaking of the fast. With the basil leaves, 'daun kesum', 'kacang botor',lemon grass and some crispy fried anchovies, he came up with an idea to prepare "Nasi Goreng Ulam with Ayam Penyet".
